What Is The Law Of Attraction And How Does It Work?
What Is The Law Of Attraction?
The Law of Attraction is an incredibly powerful law in our universe that says that whatever you focus on you’ll attract back to you.
In other words, whatever you’re thinking about will soon become your reality.
This is because the Law of Attraction says that like attracts like.
The incredible power of this law can be summarized as this: You have the ability to create the exact life you desire using your thoughts.
How Does The Law Of Attraction Work?
At a microscopic level, every single thing in our world is made up of energy – this includes people, trees, thoughts, chairs, you name it.
Each thing in our universe vibrates at a different frequency. When you vibrate at the same frequency as certain things in your life, you attract them to you.
Think of yourself as a magnet. When your thoughts vibrate at the same frequency as the things you desire, by law you’ll attract those things back to you.
Since everything is made up of energy, you have the ability to attract back to you anything in the world – thoughts, ideas, objects, people.
As long as you vibrate on the same frequency as what you desire, you will attract it to you.
Keep in mind that the Law of Attraction is always working for things of all frequencies.
This means you can attract more positive things into your life by focusing on positive thoughts, but you can also attract negative things into your life by focusing on negative thoughts. Whatever frequency you emit will be attracted back to you.
Will The Law Of Attraction Work For Me?
Just like gravity, the Law of Attraction is always working for everyone equally. It doesn’t discriminate based on who you are, where you live, or what you do.
It’s always working whether you’re aware of it or not.
It’s also working whether you truly believe it to be working or not.
Think back to a time in your life when you had a bad day. You woke up on the wrong side of the bed, and for the rest of the day nothing seemed to go your way – you spilled coffee on your shirt, missed your train, and then had a fight with your spouse. That’s the Law of Attraction at work.
Now think back to a time when you felt on top of the world – everything seemed to be working out for you perfectly and effortlessly, and you felt like you radiated happiness and joy. One good thing kept happening after another and you couldn’t believe your luck. That’s the Law of Attraction at work, too.
The Law of Attraction is exactly that: a law. Like attracts like, so whatever you’re thinking and feeling you’re attracting back.
If you’re hesitant to believe in the Law of Attraction, or have not tried to follow it in the past, one question arises: is what you’ve been doing up to this point working perfectly? If not, what do you have to lose by trying to put the Law of Attraction into practice to see what happens?
How Do I Start Using The Law Of Attraction?
It’s really quite exciting, actually, because once you become aware of your own vibrations you can start to understand how you fit with the rest of the universe around you and begin to create change immediately.
And this is also where it gets fun, because the best thing you can do to raise your frequency is to start thinking positive thoughts. These thoughts can include basic gratitude for your life, for the things you enjoy, for the kindness others have shown you in the past, or reflecting on activities or people that have made you happy.
Feel into all the things you’re grateful for, and you’ll start emitting a frequency that will attract more into your life to be grateful for. Feel into the joy and happiness you felt from certain people and experiences and you’ll attract more people and experiences into your life that’ll bring you that joy and happiness.
Once you’re thinking positive thoughts, you’ll automatically start vibrating at a higher frequency and you’ll start attracting more positive thoughts, experiences, and things back to you.
What’s important to remember is that like attracts like. So in order to attract the things into your life that you desire, you yourself must vibrate at the same frequency as those things.
For example, if you desire love, you must radiate a frequency of love. If you desire money, you must radiate a frequency of abundance and focus on thoughts of feeling like you have all the money you desire.
It can be a bit hard to understand at first, but by the nature of this law, you will find that what you desire must be attracted to you.
Once you’re in the flow of thinking positive thoughts and attracting positivity into your life, you’re going to stay at this frequency and continue to attract more and more things into your life that you desire.
The best thing you can do is to keep thinking positive thoughts. Outside of gratitude and recalling feelings of happiness, you also should be doing things that make you happy. Surround yourself with people who bring you joy, do activities that make you happy, listen to music that makes you smile – whatever it is that brings you happiness, do more of it!
As mentioned before, you’re always attracting back to you, whether you’re focusing on positive thoughts or negative thoughts.
Similarly, the Law of Attraction doesn’t distinguish between what you want and what you don’t want. Whatever you’re focusing on, you’ll attract back to you.
If you’re focusing on how you don’t want debt, you’re attracting debt to you.
Instead, focus on abundance and financial freedom – how your loans and credit cards have a $0 balance and money flows frequently and easily to you.
By working on thinking positive thoughts and emitting a frequency that aligns with what you desire, you’ll soon start to see how wonderful the Law of Attraction is.
